Maiao is a community-maintained fork of the original adevinta tool that brings Gerrit-style stacked pull requests to GitHub, GitLab, Gitea, and other platforms. It enables breaking large features into small, reviewable commits where each commit becomes its own PR/MR with automatic parent-child dependencies.
Background
Gerrit's stacked diff workflow is popular among large open-source projects like Linux kernel for incremental code review. This tool adapts that workflow for mainstream Git hosting platforms that lack native support.
