Session Context — what a web page knows about you

The Session Context site demonstrates how a web page can gather extensive information about a visitor without any JavaScript execution, using only HTTP headers, CSS, and other built‑in browser signals. It lists the fields and techniques it can collect, showing that even with scripting disabled, browsers reveal a surprisingly rich fingerprint.

Background

Web browsers automatically send a variety of headers and metadata with each request, which can be leveraged for fingerprinting. Recent research shows that even without JavaScript, these signals are sufficient to uniquely identify users.
