New isotopic analysis has determined that the prehistoric Devil's Arrows stones were transported approximately 11 miles from Brimham Rocks, not the previously assumed nearby Plumpton Rocks. This finding rewrites understanding of how Neolithic or Bronze Age builders managed such an ambitious stone-moving project.
