Logfire achieves over 1,000x query speedups on semi-structured OpenTelemetry data through a technique called dynamic shredding, turning previously timing-out 30-second queries into sub-second responses. The feature, detailed in a Pydantic engineering blog post by Adrian Garcia Badaracco, will roll out to all customers starting February 2026.
