Motorola has launched its new flagship Signature 27 smartphone, priced at $1,600, featuring a Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chip, 12GB RAM, 512GB storage, and a 7,000 mAh battery. The device replaces the Edge series with a 6.8-inch AMOLED display reaching 12,000 nits brightness and a multi-camera setup including a 200MP periscope telephoto lens.
Background
Motorola has been rebuilding its smartphone lineup after years of modest releases under Lenovo ownership, moving away from the mid-range Edge series toward premium offerings. The US market has seen a gap in Motorola's high-end portfolio that this device aims to fill.
