Free Pascal compiler now supports dynamic packages

Free Pascal Compiler and Lazarus IDE now support full dynamic package functionality, enabling users to create and install components and extensions without rebuilding the entire IDE. The implementation uses standard shared libraries with new RTL units for metadata and safe handling of thread variables and dynamic types across package boundaries.

Background

Free Pascal is a mature open-source Pascal compiler used primarily with the Lazarus IDE for cross-platform application development. Dynamic packages have been a long-requested feature to enable plugin architectures and modular extension systems.
