Small and reasonably fast QOI decoder written in zig

dekoodaaja is a small, fast QOI image decoder written in Zig that benchmarks at 0.44 GB/s input and 6.17 GB/s output speed on AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, outperforming several existing QOI decoders. The project is part of sorvi-platform and currently supports only the QOI format, with benchmarks provided for comparison against other implementations.

Background

QOI (Quite OK Image) is a lightweight image format designed for fast encoding and decoding with minimal file size overhead. This project contributes to the growing ecosystem of high-performance, portable image decoders for the QOI format.
