Spaghettifying DRAM

The project demonstrates DRAM spaghettification, a technique that manipulates DRAM timing and row proximity to induce bit flips or data corruption, extending the Rowhammer family of attacks. It provides an open-source implementation for probing and exploiting DRAM side-channel and fault injection vulnerabilities.

Background

Rowhammer and related DRAM fault injection attacks have been a major focus in hardware security research, demonstrating that physical access or even software can trigger bit flips in adjacent DRAM rows.
